1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RBLX Clothing Maker ("App", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

RBLX Clothing Maker helps users design Roblox classic clothing (shirts and pants), preview designs, save projects, and optionally share designs with the community.

Disclaimer: RBLX Clothing Maker is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. You are responsible for complying with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards when uploading or using designs on Roblox.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate registration information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases

The App may offer:

  • Subscriptions (recurring access to premium features)
  • One-time purchases (e.g. credit packs)

Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled according to the store's policies.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change; we will follow store rules for notifying you.
  • Virtual credits or features have no cash value and are non-transferable except as we explicitly allow.

6. User Content

6.1 Your designs

You retain ownership of designs you create, subject to any third-party rights in materials you upload (images, logos, etc.).

By publishing a design to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that design within the App so other users can view, like, save, or remix it as enabled by the App.

6.2 Your responsibilities

You agree not to upload or publish content that:

  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
  • Is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation with Roblox or any brand
  • Contains malware or attempts to exploit the App or other users
  • Violates Roblox Community Standards

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6.3 Remix and community features

When you remix another user's public design, you must respect the original creator's rights and applicable licenses. Remix features are for inspiration and learning within the App; commercial misuse is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
  • Use bots or automated tools without permission
  • Circumvent paywalls, credits, or subscription checks
  • Collect other users' personal data without consent
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its UI, branding, templates, stickers (where licensed to us), and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account (where available in Settings).

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. Certain sections (disclaimers, limitations, governing law) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DESIGNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ROBLOX.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ROBLOX ACCOUNT ACTIONS, UPLOAD REJECTIONS, OR MODERATION DECISIONS BY ROBLOX.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
